Ms. MimiHaving worked many years as a substitute teacher in CPS, it has been very rewarding to cultivate relationships with the same students, every day. Being a mother to my own older children has given me a new perspective on the preschool years. Time is fleeting and something to cherish. My hobbies include photography, and a special interest in science. I am looking forward to spending time with your children and hope to encourage curiosity and a love of learning!

Ms. TriereI adore teaching preschool. I have found that early childhood development is where my heart lives. I am passionate about this amazing time in a child’s life, and have so much fun teaching them! I have many years of teaching in a preschool setting, both in Texas and Missouri. During the school day you may find me dancing, swinging, reading in a silly voice, or on the floor playing right alongside the kids. I am a very hands-on teacher and strive to cultivate an excitement for school so that students become learners for life!
Education: Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education Northeastern State University, Talequah, OK; The University of Missouri, Columbia Ms. LeiLaniAlthough I have substituted in all the classrooms at DTE, I especially enjoy being the permanent 2-3 year old teacher. Before becoming a preschool teacher, I was a camp director for Cub Creek Science Camp, in Rolla, Mo. for three years. I got to spend all of my summers with 250 children, each week, as well as take care of their camp zoo. I am currently the mother of two beautiful boys. We engage in all kinds of fun activities in the classroom. I always look forward to meeting the new families each school year!
